Our Refund Policy

At Second Chance Styles, we understand the importance of being satisfied with your purchase. While all sales are final due to the unique nature of our pre-loved items, we do offer returns under specific circumstances. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that was not as described or was mistakenly sent, you have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or choose store credit. Other Returns: Approved returns for reasons other than damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for store credit only, which has no expiration date. Timing: Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the error was made in the shipment by Second Chance Styles.
